Today the questions should be for  the money thieves at the top of the food chain of the banking system. They respond with short sentences and a vague stare.

                        The MURDER  of Sonny Bono, a continued update:

DATE:     As of October 30 ,  2008.

After ten years of continuously chasing the information of Sonny's death, I finally put the entire argument together in a visual form, a DVD.
My personal involvement in the case goes back to before his murder, when I had completed a report for Sonny .
I completed an upsetting report for him, mostly on the drug connected government persons, and the connections to potential murders of witnesses and connected arms smugglers who may have talked about their partnerships, and
mangers, in our government.

The Report completed before Sonny died, was reviewed by Sonny Bono just before his death.
His office called me in December of 1997, with in ten days or so of that call, he was murdered.
I  believe Sonny was killed  to prevent a full investigation of the report I  had done for him!   His office , Mr. Frank Cullen administrative assistant and  press secretary, had called me and verified the plans for a major investigation by Sonny Bono in the new position for Sonny, in the intelligence committee of the Congress for the next session.(Next year was about two weeks away)

Sonny was upset with my report to him, and wanted to chase three or four parts of the report with my assitance.
If the bad guys he was going to investigate wanted to "stop the investigation " they had to kill him before his returned to the congress in Washington DC  .
They had to kill him during the Christmas holidays.
He was killed Jan. 5 , 1998 a few days after the call to my home .
Most strange, the death was only FIVE (5) days after the young Kennedy died in a similar ( real, witnessed) collision with  a tree ! Considering an average of only 26 -28 people die each year out of millions of skiers, it appears the
killers, may have gotten the IDEA of an "accidental  ski collision " , simply from watching the news!
The "mechanics" as they are reffered to, (hired hit men) have many methods of terminating persons, but deaths that can be made to look like accidents , are a very strong preference.

There are no special investigations into accidents,  but a murder that looks like a murder is  not the type of death they needed!
In Sonny's case, particularly since he was about to look into very specific persons, about specific crimes!

UPDATE:  As of his date !
For starters , I have sent a copy of the report  (In DVD form)  which I have done concerning  the Bono murder to the district attorney offices in Nevada . We will await the response and report it back on this page.

Why investigate so late ?
The reason it had taken so long to get this investigation off the ground was two fold.. First, was my personal health, in the last few years, I had suffered two heart attacks, a stroke, a knee replacement and live with a left arm that is not correctly connected to my body, (I have no shoulder / upper arm bone) due to a mal practice at the  Veterans Hospital in Los Ageles Ca.(1996) and the fact that we could not get the completed  autopsy reports, from anyone in law enforcement  for a long time !

Even Mrs. Bono , (Sonny's Mother) could not get copy for a long  time !
She has passed away, now , but had requested that those already looking into the murder "please keep it up to solve this question:" ..She always believed he was murdered!
Myself , her lawyer friend and a few others are still chasing the old questions as well as, new questions which arrived, once we finally had most of the autopsy report to review.

No wonder it was hard to get the reports, they really make very little sense.
We finally got most of the report from the corner's own  transcription of the case.
It was so screwed up, it was terrible !

It openned several points that should have been questioned at the time they were done, but they never were followed up !
The report  had several points that did not make sense for an accidental crash into a tree!
As a few examples;
The report indicated that there was blood on his back , soaked through four layers of clothing, but no wound on his back !
I pondered that "Blood with no wounds " and looked into several  autopsies .
Commonly as soon as some thing of that sort shows up,  the  coroner calls the sheriff in and says " Hold on ,we may have a  situation that is not a tree collision! "..We may have someone else's blood !"

I believe it was another person's blood stains. (see the DVD ) But that extra effort,  did not happen!

Then, I discovered  Sonny had no injury to his neck ! He is said to have hit into the tree, so fast, that he was killed from the impact!   But not hard enough to injure or cause a slightest trauma to  his neck !?

He also had no secondary bruising inside to the brain, a secondary injury called contra -coup injury (usually from the brain response, bouncing and bruising inside the rear of the skull, from the violent  movement  of a frontal collision.
Then the size and type of wounds do not fit, the impact into a tree 18 inches around!, The impact wounds are, smaller curved indented fractures!
Then there is the  location , and terrain of the supposed collision. It would have been very difficult to hit the tree as indicated.
His knitted cap  had disappeared, and a finger ring  he always wore was gone from his hand !
No debris in the wounds, and the sheriff said  Sonny appeared to not have tried to stop the collision with his hands! (that is just about impossible) it is a  automatic human reaction to fend off a collision into a tree with your face!
And on and on.

I have sent a few copies of the new Murder report to a few Congressmen,  but I do not expect anyone of them to take the first  step forward!
They do not do that with every day work, least of all a murder of a fellow congressman !
We await the District Attorney formal response !

UP DATE : November 17 2008

While I wait for the Nevada D.A. offices, to repond to my inquiries, about some specific points in the Sonny Bono case, which are about 30 days old at this time, I have discovered some additional  facts that I should have known a long time ago.

It is difficult to keep track of every small point in so many cases that may interface with each other.

An old friend /associate of mine from the early 1990''s state senator,  John De Camp, who was a close friend of Wiilliam Colby  (former head of the CIA for years), had realized the death of Colby was likely  not a boating accident, as with Sonny's tree collision!

William Colby:
This former CIA director disappeared in an apparent boating accident, and a body was later discovered (minus the life jacket Colby's friends insisted he always wore while boating) and he was  buried promptly. John DeCamp, a lawyer from Lincoln, Nebraska, and Colby's close friend and confidant, said Colby's death was not an accident.  He stated that Colby was prepared to disclose that missing P.O.W.'s were working for a dope smuggling operation orchestrated by the same few persons I had turned to Sonny for  his investigations, that likely got him killed.This so called accident had many strange points to it as with Sonny's tree collision.

Colby never told his wife he was going to jump into his canoe for a spin on the lake, before he went out. For some reason he left his dinner half eaten , laying on the table. He also did not wear his life jacket, (Which he was almost obsessive about !)

A closer view of his autopsy would also be a good idea  !

As for John DeCamp, he goes along way back with Colby, to the Viet Nam war period.

And for those who do not recall William Colby over saw the Phionex operations in Viet Nam, this was an assasination operation, that eliminated the elite educated upper crust of the North Viet Nam society.It is reported that 20,000 to 60,000 had been murdered in this program. It had been reported that in 1996 a few months before Sonny Bono  was killed, Colby was about to step forward about the CIA and Drugs and name all those who he knew were involved.

The same as Sonny planned to do !

SONNY BONO INVESTIGATIONS posted update;  November 22 2008

Update: The Disrtrict attorney of Nevada,  after sending to him, the new DVD report and a dformal FOIA request  for additional answers to Sonny's death,  has now  stopped comunication with me!
I have called his offices, left a message for his response , actually to assure he had gotten the DVD report. He fails to respond.
So we now, as of this date,  have a no response for information from the District  Attorney in Nevada who oversees this case. An important case of inquiry of the MURDER of a CONGRESSMAN, the DA feels  I may go away if he does not answer.
When my boys were little, and  did not want to see something or face a problem, they would hide under a blanket in their rooms.
I guess the D.A. has a blanket with him at the office ?
I do not go away.
John DeCamp, who was a friend, apparently shares the security blanket from the D.A., he  is not interetsed in Sonny's murderurder.
He fails to  respond as well.
In John De Camp's  situation I was curious if he had any details on the CIA chief William Colby, murder, to share, he had previously stated that he thought the CIA director had been killed for the same reasons as Sonny Bono. The  investigations into actions of the same people , although when he stated that he was not aware of the Sonny situation, just that the persons being "talked about" by Colby were those that Sonny was looking into later on,  after Colby was dead !
Likewise I do not  believe that  Sonny knew Colby had the same interests .

I await a few other responses..
Next step is to  go to the FBI.. and this is not my most favorite move.
A murder is a murder. A murder of a congressman is a murder of a congressman who represents the people of the United States in our  government. 
This case screams for a complete and thorough  review of the facts.
We will see who steps up to do the right thing or if no one does ?

Several are exposed in the CIA ,Drugs and government corruption report I did on DVD. 

I  personally had approached Congressman  Bill Alexander for similar investigations. He attempted to get a mere $25,000. For a small investigation of the drugs and arms. I was to help out. We never saw a cent! Clinton  looked away from this situation and never helped allocate the money !
Arkansas Police Investigator Russell Welch, and the IRS investigator both, discovered the investigation findings were covered up by various people in the government of the State of Arkansas, and the US government, working together.
Exactly as I had from another direction  of investigations.
    When people try to tell me that Barry Seal was not really connected to the CIA I show them many facts and documents , but the strongest was the "Purchase order"  for full automatic hand gun mechanisms that an Arkansas company called park-o meter, manufactured for the Central  Intelligence  agency, for the Contras to use. This company was assisted financially by the governor (Bill Clinton).
Barry Seal hand delivered the "Purchase Orders" for them and personally  picked up the newly made, up - graded, full automatic firing mechanism (on the behalf of the CIA, the actual customer!)

During the Iran Contra actions, Military Generals John Singlaub , H. Aderholt and Richard Secord had special 50 caliber deck mounted machine guns manufactured for them selves that the contras were to use, as well. Try to do that for yourself ! You better have a lot of bail money available first!
But when one of the nation's biggest drug smugglers, actually hand delivers the purchase orders for machine guns, for the CIA we have a problem!
You are either a CIA agent working to better America and protect the security of the USA. Or you are a drug smuggler, destroying the future of out youth, killing our children and destroying the constitution with corrupted law enforcement. You can not be both !
How highly connected  was Barry Seal , the drug smuggler?
When Seal was ambushed and machine gunned to death, (His  body guard  for that night had not showed up! ) he had George Bush Sr.'s personal telephone number in his pocket !

Ollie North (seen of FOX TV regularly like a war hero! ) believes, " what ever they do, to accomplish the goals, is O.K., the hell with the law! This is the same concept, as all these criminal personalities, believe in.
 
I exposed many of the craziest drug connected CIA and government agent's who are connectioned to drugs and who are or were Government employees, being paid by your tax dollars !  

But here is some insider information on an old subject. Actions that set up the foundations for the destruction of our economy and fabric of America's freedom. 
Several years ago, when a famous reporter, Sarah McClendon , asked the president, a question about Mena , Arkansas  and the Drugs  and Arms, Bill Clinton gave a great answer…No one under stood.
When he was asked by veteran reporter Sarah McClendon about Arkansas drug-running operations, during a White House press conference (October 7th, 1994.) This was his response.

McClendon asked Clinton if he had been told that the drug and gun running, going on in Mena, "had to be in existence for National Security?" Clinton  replied, "No, they did not say anything to me about it. The airport in question, and all the events in question, were the subject of State and Local inquiries. It was a matter primarily for federal jurisdiction, the state had really next to nothing to do with it. The local prosecutors did conduct an investigation, based on what was in the jurisdiction of State law. The rest of it was under the jurisdiction of US Attorneys, who were appointed successively by previous administrations."

SAY....  WHAT !?   Was that an answer or another question?

Some one needed to question that answer because very few understood it ! Bill Clinton was great for answers that went no place !
Here are some small points of interest;
    While Clinton ran Arkansas, as Attorney General, before Governor, he signed off on a bail release for Barry Seal the drug king ,CIA agent .
Then ,when he was Governor, there was a massive CIA operation underway using Mena, Arkansas, for drug smuggling, gun running, money laundering, and training Nicaraguan Contras to fight a war.
Remember this was a democratic governor helping a republican vice president and  republican  executive controlled , Washington , D.C.
The Congress had said we were not there, and voted not to give any money for the Contras.
What was the solution to the money problem ? Smuggle drugs, kill our children, steal weapons and resell them, for millions and millions!
One CIA agent who knew both sides was brought in,  world famous Barry Seal, drug smuggler, CIA operative, and also a  close friend of the Clintons.
As seen in my DVD expose of Drugs and the CIA, Bill Clinton' brother, Roger , snorts a line of COKE live on video!
Smuggler Barry Seal moved his smuggling operations from Baton Rouge, LA, to Mena, Arkansas and opened up 'Rich Mountain Aviation' in 1982," according to a legal deposition by IRS investigator William Duncan.
Obviously there was serious drug trafficking and money laundering going on.
When investigator Duncan reported these drug operations to his superiors, gathered evidence, and submitted a list of witnesses to create criminal  indictments, out of twenty names, three were called to testify, and two of them later reported that they were kept from giving testimony they had been prepared to give, by persons in power.
